This seemed to help a bit when stretching my shoes. I don’t really know if the shoe stretchers would have worked on their own without the spray.
I would use it again in hopes that it does work better in conjunction with the wooden shoe stretchers.

This product seems to be almost all regular alcohol and couldn’t really see any difference between stretching with this product and not using it at all.

This Rochester Shoe Stretcher Spray is nothing but rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. Instead of using this, just put some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and rub it on the inside of your shoes. Much cheaper and has the same effect as this stuff. The upside is, once this spray finishes, you can easily put some more rubbing alcohol in it which is what I did. A total rip off.

I don’t know if it enhanced the capability of the shoe stretcher, but it ruined my shoe’s leather and I only sprayed it inside the shoe. You have been warned.
