Product Description
The VibraLITE vibrating watch provides a great silent reminder. It features an auto restart countdown mode that vibrates at any time interval you choose (e.g., every two hours). If you are buying this for an elderly relative, think twice. Although it is easy to put on and take off (thanks to the velcro strap), the directions for setting it are a nightmare and the buttons for setting times are too small for an elderly person to use. The digital display is also very small especially for those with weak eyesight.

I bought this watch for the silent alarm. However, it can change from silent alarm to sound alarm easily with a single touch — which means that if when hit the button by accident during the course of the day, it changes to a sound alarm, defeating the entire purpose of this watch. It doesn’t need a lot of pressure to change, so it happened quite frequently until I stopped wearing it.(If it get hit again it becomes sound & alarm; a third time it shuts completely).
This is the only simple function of the watch. It has many settings where many steps are needed to change it.
I wasted my money.

My daughter had a spastic(sp?) bladder problem and we used this watch to help remind her to go to the bathroom because she would not feel like she had to go. We could set the time increments to whatever we wanted and the watch would go off (we set it to vibrate when she was in school so it didn’t disrupt the other children or draw more attention to her) after it went off it would automatically reset to countdown again so she didn’t have to touch anything or set anything.

I bought this watch to wake me up and not wake my husband, the insomniac. It does do that. However, when I wear it throughout the day, I have found that it is relatively easy to reset the time, so sometimes it gets hit and changed on accident. It is a bulky watch too, but that wasn’t too difficult to deal with. I had to get a new battery within the first year, but the company replaced it and fixed the watch for a nominal charge (shipping, I think).
