I purchased this item even though I knew there would be a learning curve for accuracy. I am very impressed with the results. I wish the display text was darker. And that is my ONLY complaint.

One of the first tools I obtained when I renewed my business as a personal trainer was one of these BF testers. Its light weight, portable and gives you a good base line. Gives you great options and i loved the myotape that came with it.. I’ve since moved on to the Tanita BF-350 as I’ve improved my services.

I sent back the Fattrack Pro and luckily got a refund. It was a total hassle to even put in the date and time! This product, in my opinion, does not lend itself to convienent, easy home body fat measuring. See my review on the cheap, but terrific Accu-measure, for a product that’s reliable and easy to use.

I was a little weary after some of the negative reviews I read here and was worried about the accuracy and overall consistency of the results given by the FatTrack. I’ve even resorted to taking the same measurements and readings three times just to be sure that the readings were resonably accurate.
However, my fears were totally unfounded. The product gives consistent results time and time again with little deviation (other than accounting for fat loss or fat gain of course).
I would suggest that those having problems with inconsistent results should ensure that they test themselves at the same time each day.

The display graphics look like it came from a 1970’s handheld video game and makes it difficult to read for some people.
The overall quality was ok, made of plastic and feels very lightweight/delicate like it could easily break. Personally don’t think it’s worth the price it’s being sold for, a price of $20-$30 would be more reasonable in my opinion.
Overall the item appeared to work ok (as it should), just didn’t care for the hard to read display graphics and think the price could be more realistic to what you actually get (quality). The case and software is a pleasant added bonus, still doesn’t raise the value to the retail price it’s being sold at.
