I SEARCHED THE INTERNET AND FOUND THIS PRODUCT RECOMMENDED. I RECENTLY BROKE MY SHOULDER AND REQUIRED SURGICAL REPAIR. I HAVE BEEN IN A SLING FOR 3 LONG WEEKS. I WAS GIVEN A SLING IN THE ER AND A DIFFERENT TYPE OF SLING AFTER SURGERY. I FOUND THAT AT FIRST THEY WERE OK BUT AS TIME WENT ON MY ARM MUSCLES AND SHOULDER ACHED AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET COMFORTABLE AT NIGHT TO SLEEP. I BOUGHT THE “ULTIMATE SLING” AND HAVE FOUND THAT IT IS MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THE OTHER TWO WERE. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO REDUCE THE PAIN MED TO NIGHTIME USE ONLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY THIS SLING IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR ONE AND ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE ONE YOU HAVE.

At first the size looked perfect for my wife’s arm. The strap looked comfortable too.
However, after wearing ths sling for 10 minutes my wife was complaining that her arm hurt more than when she was wearing a different oversized sling. I’m not sure but I think the stretchy material didn’t give her arm enough support.
