I bought 2 state of the art hearing aids from beltone some 6 years ago at the cost of $2,300 for both. one got broken in my pocket and the other stopped working . So I took it to a beltone dealer and he looked it over then called the main company it seems the opra model I had gotten had been discontinued for months prior to me getting them looked at. When I got them they were a new line and now they can’t fix them this really stinks since they were a new line when I first got them I will never recomend Beltone to anyone just because of my experance with them. I can’t wait till the ones I just ordered get here . I spent enough on what was suposed to be execlent quality that a reptibale company won’t stand behind there $2,300.00 hearing aids screw them !

Sorry to say, this was a very bad purchase. My husband ordered it for me because I’m having difficulty hearing often these days. When we tried to use the item – called on the packaging “Migraine Magic” – it emitted such a high pitched sound that our dog went crazy…barking frantically. I’m serious! The only way it could be effective on a migraine is to stop using it.

This is not hearing aid, but hearing amplifier. And it delivers what it promises. Nice and compact. And works well. I would buy this in future. Thought batter cabin can do with some improvement.

I bought this device for my 83 y.o. Dad. He liked it at first. It broke within the first 2 months. Also the batteries last like 8 hours max. The local drugstore sells each battery for like $5.00. Try going to ebay and ordering them like I did for $1.20 plus $5. shipping for 100/pack. Better deal. I would buy one again if they were made sturdier…and I paid $29.99 for our broken one. Next time will go to amazon first.

These were too large for my ear. The package has no reference to a phone number to call and get help.
